 Our
vacation home is fully air-conditioned, with 4 bedrooms, 3
bathrooms and south-facing deck, pool and spa Jacuzzi.
It sleeps 8 - 10 people.
The villa is ideal for families & friends to share as it offers two
masters bedrooms with en-suites. Both rooms have cable tv.
The 2 twin bedrooms share a bathroom
between them which can become an en-suite if only one of the rooms
is occupied. Both rooms have cable tv and one of them has a
Sony PlayStation 2 ( PS2 ) while the other has a DVD player.
The family room has a large screen TV, DVD, VCR and audio system. You'll find a selection of videos, dvds, books and games.
The home also has a large fully equipped kitchen with
ice making refrigerator, dishwasher and cooker. There is also a breakfast bar & dining area and access to the double garage which houses the washer & dryer and games room.
There
is also a covered & shaded patio area (lanai), to help protect from the
hot Florida sun. As the pool, spa and deck area are south facing, they benefit from the sun all day. There are also pool inflatable toys and water loungers for your enjoyment.
